TEEN FITNESS ORIENTATION
Attention teens – Young Ladies and Men!! Do you want to work out, but have no idea where to start? START AT THE HRC FITNESS CENTER! Grab a couple of friends – and sign up for this Teen only Personal Training Program! Work with one of our trainers (male or female) and learn your way around the gym while doing an exercise program. Don’t miss out!!

YOUTH PERFORMANCE
Youth Performance is created to increase your child’s flexibility, coordination, and speed. We will heighten their body awareness through games and fundamental movements to help prevent injury. You get 12 sessions and a T-Shirt!

AUSTRALIAN FREESTYLE MARTIAL ARTS SELF-DEFENSE COURSE
(Online Registration under Tween T.A.S)
Martial arts are the perfect way to get fit and enjoy yourself while you’re doing it – but there’s also so much more than that. In this 4-week martial arts course, students will not only learn self-defense techniques, but there is a focus on improving Focus, Confidence, and Resilience. The classes are well structured and no one lesson is the same which keeps students engaged and motivated. Your child will work on developing core motor skills, mind and body coordination, and personality. When they learn about self-protection, self-belief, and self-resilience at this stage of life they will have the right foundation for the most challenging years of their lives.
Stuart Bott is a probationary 4th-degree Black Belt in Zen Do Kai and a Level 5 Muay Thai Trainer. He has been training in martial arts since 1993. He is also currently a PE teacher with USD 489. He has taught in schools and martial arts academies in both Australia and the United States.

AGILITY BALANCE CORE
Get ready to have a blast with our Agility Balance Core class - or ABC for short! It's super easy and totally fun - all you need to do is show up and be ready to move! We'll teach you different kinds of ABCs that will help you get fit and have fun doing it. Plus, we'll sneak in some cool lessons about health, nutrition, and self-esteem - but don't worry, we won't make it boring! You get 12 sessions with us, so come on down and let's get started!

REC RUNNERS - SPRING SESSION
Ready, set, run! Join our Rec Runners program and make running fun while learning the importance of staying active and eating right. This is perfect for all kids, no matter their ability! We'll wrap up the Spring Session at the Super Hero Brain Freeze Walk/Run. Bring the whole family to walk, jog, or zoom through the course! Your fee includes 6 sessions, a T-shirt, snacks, race entry, and more. Let's get moving!
