Personal Training
HRC offers personal training services in our state of the art Fitness Center. Our certified personal trainers can help you reach your goals, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete looking to reach the next level.
Our personal training program starts with a free consultation session where you and your trainer discuss your goals and make a plan to reach it. After that, your trainer will work with you regularly to help you make progress toward your goals. Your trainer can coach you through each workout session, or meet with you periodically to check in and assess your progress - our trainers are flexible and dedicated to helping you get results.
8 WEEK PROGRAM
You will consult and meet with a Personal Trainer. An eight-week personalized program will be developed to fit your unique needs and health goals. A trainer will not be present during your scheduled workouts. Basic nutritional advice and information are also given.
FITNESS ASSESSMENT
This is an assessment that has a Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength, and Flexibility Test which is used to measure your current fitness level. Also, a 7-sight Skin Fold Test or Bio-impendence measurement is taken to calculate Body Mass Index (BMI). This complete analysis is also included in our Personal Training Packages. Senior Assessments’ are also available.
BODY FAT ANALYSIS
A Body Fat Analysis can be utilized to keep track of your progress or see where you are before starting at our fitness facility. It consists of your body weight and height, or Body Mass Index (BMI), body fat percentage, and blood pressure.

$25 per session for individual sessions
$22 per session for 5-10 sessions (when purchased together)
$20 per session for 11+ sessions (when purchased together)
$80 for an 8-week personalized fitness program
Additional Services (Included with training programs)
$10 for a fitness assessment (without training)
$5 for a BMI analysis (without training)
$30 for a teen fitness assessment
