With an energetic group fitness class schedule that has a set of core classes that remains the same and then a revolving monthly schedule of other unique classes, there is always something designed for every fitness level, time of day, or activity you are looking for! In each class, our instructors can show modifications so that no matter your fitness level you are a part of the “Group!”
Come Spin, Roll, Suspension, Lift, or Sit; and challenge your fitness level, or just get moving in one of the many Group Fitness Classes.

$2 per class drop-in price
$20 for a punch card good for 12 classes
Seniors (55 and older) $1 per drop-in class and $10 for an 11-class punch card

STRENGTH = focusing on toning and building muscle. This class is for those who enjoy higher impact and lifting weights.
CARDIO = an active class with continued movement. This class has high-energy exercises that will help lower your resting heart rate and blood pressure.
LOW IMPACT = geared towards beginners or people with limitations. This class will show you how to maximize your workout time with modified exercises.
DANCE = fun and energetic classes with choreography. Follow our instructor and enjoy your workout to the sound of your favorite music.
RECOVERY = a slow-paced class centered on stretching and foam rolling. Learn how to reduce soreness and continue doing those daily activities you love.
FIT MIX
Need a place to start, this class is the class for you. In this class, we will work on strength training with and without weight, cardio, and core. Each exercise can be modified to your fitness level. Start slow and work your way up. There is something new each day!
YOGA EXPRESS
Sun Salutations that emphasize strength & flexibility are the foundation of this 30-minute class. A series of poses connect & flow, and work the body to the core while stretching muscles & opening joints.
STRENGTH & CARDIO
This 30-minute class is infused with strength moves to get the heart pumping! Being sweaty is not an option here!!!
STRENGTH & STABILITY
We focus on increasing your power output, challenging your balance and stability while building strength, and improving the range of motion in your muscles and joints with exercises that are uniquely designed. Weights, bands, bosu, and stability balls will be part of our equipment. Yoga poses will be part of this class to increase flexibility.
TOTAL BODY
This class is just the way to start your week. You will get an awesome mix of exercises. Moving through various exercises, circuit style so you will NEVER get bored. Finished off with a nice stretch session.
BODY BLAST
Join us for an invigorating, mid-day cardio blast! This class will push you the entire 30 minutes focusing on calorie burning, core strength, and toning exercises.
SENIOR AGED FOR ACTION
This class is designed for the 55 & older club. Seated aerobic exercises are designed to help individuals with low mobility and health problems like diabetics who suffer from chronic complications. This can also help improve blood sugar control and improve cardiovascular health.
SPIN & STRENGTH
This is an interval class that combines spinning and time off the bike working on strength. This is an intense, fast-paced class. BIKES ARE LIMITED, PLEASE CALL HRC FITNESS TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT!
WARM SPIN
We will bump the temp up and ensure you sweat through this class. Our instructor will take you on a ride at various intervals and hills. You will never be bored and all the while burning some major calories. Please bring a towel and water. BIKES ARE LIMITED, PLEASE CALL HRC FITNESS TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT
WARM CORE & STRENGTH
Get ready to sculpt and strengthen the stabilizer of the body, the core, as well as the body. This 30-minute class will solely focus on just that…making you stronger!!!!
