Gyms & Batting Cage

The Glassman indoor Cage rents for $10 per hour. No pitching machine, a pitching screen is located inside.

HRC gyms are available to rent for private games and events outside our normal operating hours. Gyms 1, 2, and 3 at the Rec Center rent for $40 per hour; the 13th Street gym rents for $20 per hour.

Hays Aquatic Park & Wilson Pool

HAP and the Wilson Pool can be rented for private events.

HAP rents for $750 for parties WITH A MAX OF 500 IN ATTENDANCE! Once maximum capacity has been reached it will be one in and one out for the remainder of the rental. HAP is available to rent every day from 6:45-8:45pm during the season.

The Wilson Pool rents for $125 for parties WITH A MAX OF 60 IN ATTENDANCE! Once maximum capacity has been reached it will be one in and one out for the remainder of the rental. The Wilson Pool is available to rent 5-7 pm every day during the season.

Bickle-Schmidt Sports Complex

Fields at BSSC are available for rental for private events and games. Baseball and softball fields rent for $50 per field Monday-Thursday and $75 Friday-Sunday, including lights. Portable fences are available for $80. Soccer fields rent for $175 per field for large fields and $75 per field for small fields. Football fields rent for $200 per field.
