Please keep the following building hours in mind when renting a facility at the Rec Center: Fall/Winter/Spring Hours (Sept. 1 - May 31) Monday - Friday: 8 am - 9 pm Saturday: 9 am - 5 pm Sunday: 1 pm - 5 pm Summer Hours (June 1 - Aug. 31) Monday - Thursday: 8 am - 9 pm Friday: 8 am - 7 pm Saturday & Sunday: 1 pm - 5 pm

CARPET POLICY *

We ask that you use caution with food and drink on the carpeted areas (Dale Allenbaugh Conference Room and hallway of Marcy Allenbaugh Conference Room. If, after your party, there are stains we can not remove with our normal cleaning, you will be charged the professional cleaning fee to have them removed.

I understand that the Hays Recreation Commission (HRC) office will call within 1-3 business days to confirm the date and COLLECT FULL PAYMENT over the phone. If not paid at that time I understand the date requested is NOT secured and will not be until paid in full. If there is no answer and/or message is left reservations will be held for 5 business days, after which the HRC will assume the requestor is no longer interested in renting and the rental request will be canceled.

Upon approval from the Superintendent, a confirmation letter will be mailed to the address listed above. I understand and agree to the terms of the Policies & Procedures for use of the Hays Recreation Center, a copy of which is available upon request. FACILITY RESERVATION IS PENDING UNTIL APPROVED BY HRC STAFF!
