PARTY PACKAGES
Are you looking for a great birthday party location or get-together place? Bring your group to the Hays Aquatic Park for a fun day in the sun. Parties will be held during open swim hours. Tables and deck space will be reserved for the group. Reservation forms must be submitted to the Hays Recreation Center at least one week in advance with fees paid at that time. There is a 12 person maximum. If you have a larger group please call the HRC to see if we can make special arrangements to accommodate you.
Times and days available:
Mondays - Saturdays
1:00 - 3:00pm OR 5:00 - 7:00pm
Reservation Fee: $50.00
This includes admission fee for 12 people (each additional person will be an additional $2.00) reserved tables and deck space. Parties may bring a cake; however, there will not be any other food or drinks allowed. The concession stand will be open if you wish to purchase items individually.

POOL RENTALS
Need a place for a corporate event, organizational get-together or just a birthday party? Rent the Hays Aquatic Park or Wilson Pool.
HAYS AQUATIC PARK
2-hour rental - exclusive use with full staff provided. Availability is by request only. Call to check dates available. Reservations must be made two weeks in advance, this includes fee payment! Concessions will be made available if you choose at the HAP.

Wilson Pool

Times: 5:30 - 7:30pm
Fee: 35 people or less $75
35-60 people $100
