Baby T.A.S. - 0-2 year olds
MOVE IT, WORK IT, LIFT – GYM TIME
Let the kids hang out and play or join in on your workout. This 30-minute class is for those moms with a busy day with the kids. Kids learn from what we do so why not let them see you work out and they will join in on the fun. This class is built to be before the Gym Time class Let’s work it and have fun.

GYM TIME
Come to the gym with your child just to burn off energy or meet some other kids. Fun things will be placed in the gym for your child to climb over under and through. Balls, hoops, riding toys, and other materials will be placed around the gym for them to explore. Stay for an hour or come and go as you, please.

FILL IT UP
Toddlers just love to dig, dump, fill, and play. Different stations will be set up for your little ones to explore. Each week they will have fun exploring and seeing what they can dump and fill.

MESSY HANDS BABY (OUTSIDE)
Put your swimming suit on and enjoy messy hands, outside. Jump into a pool of shaving cream, a bucket of slime or just paint the sidewalk with beautiful colors. After you’re done playing wash off with the garden hose or run through the sprinkler.
