The HRC is proud to offer Personal Training in our facility. We have a variety of tools and equipment to help you reach your goals. Our Certified Personal Trainers are dedicated to helping you reach your goals by promoting healthy, lifelong behaviors.

Our goal is to help you meet your goal!  Do you want to improve your cardiovascular fitness, lose weight, gain muscle, excel at your chosen sport or sports, or learn more about proper techniques?  Our certified Personal Training staff are always willing to help.  They will work with you to set goals and a plan that works for you and then help you see that that those goals are meet.

Benefits of working with a certified Personal Trainer is starts with a free detailed fitness assessment, then using that they set up your individualized fitness program, made just for you and adapted to you as you progress.  You also have the accountability, structure and someone always there to motivate you!  The one on one training helps you achieve your goals faster. 

Personal training is by appointment, you work with your training to make a schedule that fits your schedule. 

PERSONALIZED PROGRAMS & ASSESSMENTS

Maybe you don’t need the one on one attention, but need a program to follow?  We can set up an eight week personalized program to fit your needs and goals! 

FITNESS ASSEMENT

This is an assessment that has a Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength, and Flexibility Test which is used to measure your current fitness level. In addition, a 7 sight Skin Fold Test or Bio-impendence measurement is taken to calculate Body Mass Index (BMI). This complete analysis is also included in our Personal Training Packages. Senior Assessments’ are also available.

BODY FAT ANALYSIS

A Body Fat Analysis can be utilized to keep track of your progress or see where you are at prior to starting at our fitness facility. It consists of your body weight and height, or Body Mass Index (BMI), body fat percentage, and blood pressure.
