HRC Fitness Center Classes

With an energetic group fitness class schedule that has a set of core classes that remains the same and then a revolving monthly schedule of other unique classes, there is always something designed for every fitness level, time of day, or activity you are looking for!  In each class our instructors can show modifications so that no matter your fitness level you are a part of the “Group!”

So come Spin, Roll, Suspension, Lift, or Sit; and challenge your fitness level,  or just get moving in one of the many Group Fitness Classes.

All classes are $2.00 to Drop In or save with a punch card!  12 punches for $20.00. Senior (55 and older) drop in is $1.00 each and Senior punch cards are available at 11 punches for $10.00.

NEW!!! STABILITY 

As we grow older, many of us lose balance and stability, causing unnecessary injuries.  In addition it is an easily ignored, but major part of an exercise routine.  And thats ok because we have just the class for you!  This 30 minute session will have you feeling more confident in no time.  Everyone is welcome!  

NEW!! PROGRESSION

LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT....this military style class will focus on functional movements, such as, push-ups, sit-up, squats, and yes BURPEES!  With consistency, we guarantee results!

 NEW!!!  Size it DOWN

This choreographed class will have you toned and ready for the summer.  This 30 minute cardio blast, will get that heart pumping, and that body ready for swim suit season.

NEW!!  STEP BACK

Get your body moving with this energenic, upbeat, aerobics class.  We will combine cardio training, and toning exercises, for a total body workout.  

ITS BACK.......POUND

Its back by popular demand.  Join us, while we POUND our way to a healthier body.  Guaranteed to make you work, while jammin' out to your favorite tunes and having a blast.  All fitness levels welcome....

FIT MIX
Need a place to start, this is the class for you.  In this class we will work on strength training with and without weight, cardio and core.  Each exercise can be modified to your fitness level.  Start off slow and work your way up.  There is something new each day!

YOGA CHISEL
Sun Salutations that emphasize strength & flexibility are the foundation of this class.  A series of poses connect & flow, work the body to the core, while stretching muscles & opening joints.

SENIOR AGED FOR ACTION
This class is designed for the 55 and older club.  Seated aerobic exercises are designed to help individuals with low mobility and health problems like diabetics who suffer from chronic complications.  This can also help improved blood sugar control and improved cardiovascular health.

SPIN & STRENGTH
This is an interval class that combines spinning and some time off the bike working on strength.  This is an intense, fast-paced class. **BIKES ARE LIMITED, PLEASE CALL HRC FITNESS TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT**

POWER CONDITIONING
This fast-paced challenging workout includes, the use of hand-weights, bands and much more!  Bursts of plyometric and strength training components make this class a total body workout!

HARDcore
In this strength training workout, we’ll lead you through a variety of exercises designed to work your core, balance, glute and legs. You’ll build muscles you never knew you had, while developing core strength that will support you in a wide variety of activities.

S.W.E.A.T.
Start your morning off right with a high intensity training session with varied techniques that uses many different training styles.  This class will fire up your metabolism and keep it there all day.

BODY BLAST
Join us for an invigorating, mid-day cardio blast! This class will push you the entire 30 minutes focusing on calorie burning, core strength, and toning exercises.

SLOW, STEADY, STRETCH YOGA
This yoga class is the style of hatha and ashtanga.  We incorporate vigorous movement to build heat and strength while also using gentle and slow movement using breath to move. During the class you will use your body to release stress, relax muscles, and build strength by utilizing your own weight in holding positions.

TOTAL BODY TRX
This low-impact class will focus on suspension training (TRX), and body-weight movements.  We will work on form, strengthening, flexibility and your overall fitness.  This class welcomes EVERYONE!

CARDIO/STABILITY CONDITIONING
This class has a variety of workouts ranging from basic to advance choreography to muscular endurance and conditioning to a workout that includes high intensity movements combined with athletic techniques.

FOAM ROLLING
This focus of this class is myofascial release, which help aid in helping with all that lactic acid that builds up in your muscles causing them to be sore and uncomfortable.  Through various movements with the roller, we will relax those muscles.  Your body will thank you!

HOT YOGA
Feel the sweat dripping down your face in a room heated to 98 degrees as we go through poses to detox the body and go a little more deeply and safely into poses.  This class will help you to develop strength, flexibility, and tone along with a cardiovascular workout. This class will also help you to improve breathing and focuses the mind for better mental concentration.

STEP-N-PUMP
We will combine interval work with some step aerobics in this class.  This class will challenge your cardiovascular strength and endurance.  You will also tone and strengthen muscles

BRUTE FORCE
Class featuring total body strength and core training exercise while using different weight implements (Barbells, Dumbbells, and Kettlebells). Tone your entire body and start your weekend off RIGHT!
