LAZY RIVER FITNESS

Lazy River Fitness is a popular, dynamic, fast-paced workout that combines a variety of exercises, such as, strength training, toning, flexibility, aerobic conditioning, and movement against and with the current of our Lazy River.  Classes will be held in the lazy river and zero depth entry pool at the Hays Aquatic Park.  Classes start on May 29 and continue through August 4.

Entry fee:  $2.00 per class or punch card OR 12 punches for $20.00
Held On:  Mon-Tues-Wed-Thurs-Fri
Times:  10:15 - 11:00am

WATER WORKS

Get fit and trim this summer with Water Works (water aerobics) classes offered at the Hays Aquatic Park. Water is the perfect low-impact medium to explore and improve balance, coordination, strength, and agility.  Join us to experience a refreshing increase in your fitness and wellness.  Classes start on May 30 and continue through August 5.

Entry fee:  $2.00 per class or punch card OR 12 punches for $20.00
Held On:  Tues-Wed-Thurs
Time:  5:30 - 6:15pm

LAP SWIM

Hays Aquatic Park Lap swim is offered to all ages & available during all open swim times. However, space will be shared with open swim.

AQUATIC FITNESS MIXER

This free event is a great way to introduce yourself to our aquatic fitness classes.  We will have a variety of different workouts for you to sample; from pool deck aerobics, to lazy river fitness, to our traditional water works classes.  Come prepared to exercise on land and in the water.
